Network security for hospitals, banks, and other large businesses. Making sure no exploits are present and disabling any that are found. I have personally secured school networks, patched large breachs in hospitals databases, and help find traces of attacks such as DDoS's.

Creating Desktop applications for users to support themselves, as well as automated process to keep devices within the company up to date. I have heavily been working on Nexthink(TM) script for pushing automated fixes remotely to machines, as well as working with Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, and Service Now Virtual Agent bots for End Users to utilize chat bots to create tickets or push fixes to their computers automatically. Anything that eliminates the need for help desk, or support personal to be utilized, is what I work on.

Supporting all computers within the Beset Buy enviroment. From hardware to software, my team handles it all. I also worked on several programs that made not only my job eaiser, but my team as well. From making faster ways to get the info we need to diagnose a machine, to making programs more automated for faster repairs. Check out the Ticket Support Tool in my Projects Tab.

The main role of this job is going to homes and setting up new computers, routers, TVs, and any smart home device you could thing of. Setup is only half the job, coaching the user how to use the device in a manor that relates to them is the other side. Showing a teenager how to use their new gaming desktop, to a retired persons first smart phone. Tailored experiences for each user worked with was a must. I was also trusted with my own vehical and schedule, there is very little manager interference in this role, as a lot of trust is put in you to make sure you show up to homes on time and that your work is quality.

Setup of new devices, or repairing old ones. I would upgrade computer componants, install software, remove malware, or just do general tune ups.

Installing remote starts, audio systems, security systems, and other car related products. Ask me about the custom PKE/RemoteStart system I programmed with an arduino kit for my car. (Its been in my car til this day for almost 4 years now)

Finding people the perfect camera/recording device that fits their needs and/or budget. Someone taking photos of people vs someone taking pictures of scenes are very different. Finding the perfect lens, and camera is one of my favorite parts of the role. I feel I excelled at this role due to owning so many cameras myself. See my Projects tab for Photography examples.

I mainly focus on everything server related for our projects. I have also been handeling all website creation, and graphic design. We are currently working on a MMO RPG to test our skills, and almost have our first release, which is a single player 3D RPG.

I would not be the person I am today with out the decade of private server expericne I have. Setting up Game Servers for World of Warcraft, Fiesta Online, Flyff Online and RuneScape showed me almost everything I know today. Setting up a game server requires you to play with SQL Servers, Custom Services, C#/C++ , and everything related to the website (Login/Registering accounts). On top of those things, you have to monitor your servers hardware usage and the players on them.
